- Elle is no longer accepting any new travel or bridal clients as of January 2022 onwards.

- Please be aware a $20 surcharge applies for out of hours bookings.

- Lessons can be booked on Tuesdays and Fridays. To book a lesson please email us via the contact page.

- All deposits are non refundable (and non transferable within 48hrs of your booking). 

(So double check you have selected the correct date and time you want.)  

- No cancellations or changes accepted within 48 hours of the appointment. If rescheduled or canceled in this time you will be charged a cancellation fee of the remaining amount owed. In the event you need to cancel within 48hrs please email us.

- If you think you’ll be late please let me know so I can work out my schedule, anything 15 minutes or more late your booking can be cancelled and will be charged the full booking fee as appointments run back to back.  

- Clients need to inform the make up artist of any issues that can affect the makeup, these include any medical conditions, allergies and sensitivities as we can not be held liable for any losses that are insured due to failure to inform.   

- If any visible signs of conjunctivitis, sty, cold sores, any contagious skin conditions or dirty eyelash extensions will be refused service.

- In the event Covid-19 causes either the client or the MUA to have to cancel the booking the booking deposit can be moved to a new date following the reschedule option in your confirmation email. If the MUA has to cancel due to Covid-19 the deposit minus the booking fee will be refunded or deposit moved to a new date if approved by the client.
